Not if he still gives out candy…..
Actually a thin santa, may give children a poor body image. A better idea would be a fat santa, with running shoes. The big thing everyone is concerned about is, what our kids eat. Nobody seems to care that our kids don’t (can’t) play outside anymore. They eliminate Gym from school curiculum because it makes kids feel bad for themselves, when they should add more Gym, to make them feel better.

To quote the Rudolph movie:
“The children don’t want a skinny Santa!”

I think it is also crazy that after years and years of saying “Ho, Ho, Ho” they want to ban that as well.
I don’t see how one icon like santa is going to promote health. My son is five and soon santa will no longer exist. He is around once a year not like he is around all the time.
So now with decorations no old one can be used because he is fat in them all? For pete sakes when is this going to end.

LOL that sounds pretty stupid. I never grew up wanting to be Santa, mostly because I’m a girl, but that’s ridiculous.
