Travelling With A Toddler And Baby Tips?

Posted on August 7th, 2009 in Articles by Tangkau

My wife and I will be travelling by air with our 2 year old and 6 month old children in a few weeks. We are taking a red eye hoping that they will sleep thru most of the trip. Our biggest concern is getting from the shuttle to the gate with the kids, car seats (which we are using on plane), luggage, baby stroller. Any helpful hints?

You can bring your stroller right up to the gate and have it checked in there…..use a cart for the luggage and maybe if you can put the 6 month old in baby carrier that will help with one less thing to carry….good luck

    Organization is key.
Have your two year old carry his bag. A child sized back pack with his things.
A back pack for mom is great too. Fits a lot and is easy to carry.
I was at the airport the other day and saw a dad with a little carseat backpack. It was the coolest thing and looked effortless. You might do some checking.
