		<description>I always fry mince in a dry pan and then drain the fat off.  A good recipe from about 10 months onwards is this. cook your mnce as above, mix in tin of beans and gravy made with lo salt. Serve over mashed potoates for a very filling meal, which is easy for baby to spoon up by themself, and is very high in protein. As baby gets older add mild curry sauce to introduce savoury flavours. Worked for mine and is favourite with my grandchild too.</description>

		<description>i have neva tried this but i suppose u could steam it in a rice a bowl then blitz it or fry in a little oil or even perhaps put in a bowl cover it an put in the oven either way make sure its thoroughly cooked</description>
