Bunch of schools around here ( public ones) decided they were going to make the kids all wear uniforms or have strict standards.
How could they do that? I thought only Private schools could do that.
Can anyone tell me roughly how much it cost to send kids to a public school. We live south of Adelaide. I want to know how much it cost per year and what do you have to buy eg books, uniforms, hats, excursions, etc. The info Im looking for is for the beginning of primary school age. Also can you tell me the same about kindergarden. Thanks.
I have a 9 year old at school who doesn’t stop eating, and a 5 year old about to start who eats like a bird. School lunches will be tricky. What do your kids take?
How many hours are middle school Tokyo kids usually at school? Especially around the Shibuya area, but if you don’t know that, it’s ok, but like the Tokyo, tokyo, the city part? A kid in 5th grade has threatened other kid to beat this kid after recess. This kid does not tell the truth to his parent. What they should do? School authority are aware about the other kid’s behaviour.

Like in the hallways you will see this kids who like go up to random girls and hug them and make them like them I wanna know how I can become that kind of kid.
I always here about some kids getting noticed in the 8th grade on how good they were. What leagues are these kids playing in that will have them seen nationally? I know they have AAU ball, but isnt that for older kids? What leagues are they playing in between the 4th and 8th grade???
I think it lets about 10 kids walk in a crocodile of pairs to school or nursery. It comes in bright colours so they’re easily seen by traffic etc. I think it’s a pretty new invention: where can I find out about it – cost etc. Thanks!
Help! Short of moving, is there a way in which I could get my children to go to another high school? My youngest is being bullied by a “gang” and I fear for his life. I’ve talked to all administrators and they just don’t share my concern. I would like for my kids to go to another high school, but according to Yorktown schools in VA, I would have to pay the $4500 tuition. Any suggestions?
